I laughed so much while listening to this audiobook. There were so many good moments and so much self realization. Listening to Serene’s descriptions of men was constantly hilarious.

Is this an important work? Yes. Is it an enjoyable read? No. It was a hard read. It was painful and sad and awful. But it was important. My rating is entirely because I would never suggest a book based on its importance. I’m glad it exists but I read and finished it full of the heebie jeebies.
