I wish this one was just a little bit faster paced. It felt unnecessarily long with a huge middle chunk that didn’t quite keep my interest. But ultimately I did enjoy it and I did not see any of the twists coming. I’m definitely excited to read the final book!

I didn’t dislike this book. But I started off really liking the premise and was optimistic about where it was going. It was lacking in some areas that are important to me in writing but I was most disappointed by the ending which felt so rushed and didn’t really provide any sort of closure or context. It made the whole thing feel a bit pointless.
