Truly loved this, and can't believe it's the author's debut novel. A couple of things I wanted a little more on, but overall so good. Hilarious, adorable, with a good dose of sad. So many good tropes.

I loved the fact that it was a narrator that we don't hear from often - a gay woman in Iran. The book is heartbreaking, but I also felt my patience was short with the MC, however that could for sure be on me. The story was very well written.
