I did very much enjoy the take on fallen angels and also Malachis and Canes relationship with Peter. Especially Malachi.
But I'm too ace to understand how anyone can be /that/ horny. Not a single logical thought in the brain of that priest. So I did get annoyed at them for being idiots/not talking one too many times, for my taste.

Normally I love Morgans books but I'm really not vibing with this one right now. I might come back to it but right now I just do not care about any of the characters.

I thought this was going to be a Duology so I was rather put off by the pacing/storytelling during it because I expected that it would conclude the story. So that's partially on me, but I did see quite a lot of other people who thought so, so something def went wrong in the advertisement there.
