This book was frustratingly good. I cannot claim to know everything about depression or anxiety, but this was a pretty description of how people with depression or anxiety would think or behave. The hyper fixation over certain things, the constant monologue in your mind about random things at the cost of ignoring social niceties.

I liked the fact that the book doesn't sugarcoat mental health, it does make it seem that maybe there's no light at the end of the tunnel but maybe that's how most people in their most depressed and anxious state feel. Sometimes it's not obvious what people are going through but deep down they are truly struggling to hold on and to do even basic tasks like cleaning or making an effort to cook/dress.

I think this was an interesting read but I fail to understand the end! What happened at the end?
