Omg, this book where do I even start.

I'm so in awe of this story, the author did an amazing job building the character and the world. Through it all, I felt their struggle, even though they are on different sides they are so much alike.

I can't wait to see what happens in book two. I'm rooting for you both. #teamelias&laia

This book ... worth the read.

The writing style did get on my nerves but the plot was amazing.

I loved the character development. Mostly the difference between the love that Rhysand has for Fayre and the love that Tamlin has for her.

Tamlins' love is selfish and unhealthy. He does what he thinks is best for her but never listens to her needs or wants. He is very toxic and become very violent when he is angered. Due to his obsession, he compromises his people to take her back to the spring court with him. He does not care that she doesn't want to go with him or that he has placed her sister in harm.

However, the love from Rhysand is the type of love she deserves, one where he puts her happiness above hers. One where he is willing to be her partner and not control her.

Also in the second book, we get introduced to Rysands and his crew. I love all these new characters and the bromance between Cassian, Ariel, and Rhysand. Without the side characters, this book wouldn't be the same.

This book broke my heart..

Ivy Underwood never didn’t have an easy life and her parents didn’t make it easier.

Aiden was such a great friend helping her get pass it all and not judging her based on her past. I do think there are some underlining issues with Aiden that could have sparked from trauma of his best friend running away.

Definitely worth the read.
