Edge of the Known Bus Line by James R. Gapinski

This was definitely an interesting read. It went from "normal" to crazy in the first few pages but was a crazy worth reading. The story is way out there but I think that's what adds to the appeal. I found myself not wanting to put it down and once it was over, I wasn't sure if I was ready to get off the bus! If you're looking for something out in left field this is probably a good choice. Just prepared for the wild ride.

I did win this book as a giveaway on goodreads. I found this book to be interesting and fast-paced but at times I became lost in the storyline and all that was going on. It seemed to skip from place to place (time-wise) and I think a little more background and character building would have been helpful. There is plenty of humor in the book and I think that is part of what kept me involved in the storyline, even when I became lost in what was going on. Overall, I did enjoy the read and I would recommend it to anyone who would like a quick, funny, and fast-paced book.

Beautiful Bad by Annie Ward was great! Just when I thought I had the storyline figured out it would take a turn that I was not expecting. It kept me engaged and wanting to keep reading, even after it ended. I became involved with the characters and needed to know how the story played out. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for a suspense/thriller novel. I look forward to reading more from this author!

This book was a page-turner and I couldn't put it down. Just when I thought I had things figured out the story went in a different direction. The author did an amazing job of making the reader feel compassion for the main characters. Definitely recommend!

The storyline was good and the characters were very well developed. I did find it hard to stay focused because of some of the terms used in the book. Someone with more of a science background would enjoy this book way more than I did.

It took awhile for me to get into this book. I think that is because I didn't expect there to be so much background information. (Which was really interesting and helpful!) Once I was hooked I flew through the book and even now that it is over I want to know more. I would like to know what happened to the characters. The author did a great job of connecting the reader to the main characters in the story.

I won this in a giveaway and have not read the previous books in this series. That being said, I still really enjoyed this book. If I had read the prior books I would have a better knowledge of the backstory, but I don't think that was a requirement. I was still able to catch up fairly quickly and was still able to connect with the characters. The author did a great job of keeping the suspense going in this book.
