This was my 1st Mabry book. A romance/suspense. Easy reading. It was light reading with a religious base. Based on the title of the book, I was expecting a medical thriller and it is not. It was not a bad read but not something I could not put down. It was okay. I liked it. I would read another book by Mabry.
