I read this one for school and ended up reading it again for my friends and I’s book club, and I have to say it’s just as thrilling to read as the first time I did.  With the amazing dystopian universe of the hunger games being introduced, to the anticipation of seeing if the main character will survive, I was hooked on every word. Could not stop reading, would think about reading it while I was working or doing other things. It’s a classic book to read, give a go!

Pretty fun choice of manga to read, sorta hard to read sometimes if your the kind of person who likes to taken in every word, as there are so many that are just sounds for imagination. But it is a sports themed manga, so I can’t complain. It’s funny and inspiring, give it a read!

I liked it very much! From the intricate and graceful words the author used to convey unique situations and complex emotions to the perspective given from different characters to look at in a new view, its simply a beautiful inspiring book. Especially for the time that it came out in. I had read the 10 year anniversary addition with the
extra Valentine’s Day story for infinite Darlene and the authors own worded statement about how much has changed in the last couple years since the release of the book regarding lgbt and the acceptance of it. And how the some of the things he had written in his book that were just imagination and hope for the future back then have now come into reality, which is truly a joy to see

It is a really cute and fun book to read with not so heavy topics to think on. The progression of the two main characters relationship Is pretty slow so just be aware of that if you like more fast paced stuff. Aside from that, it’s such a relatable book when it come to topics like gaming and anime, you’ll really connect with the characters and find the graphics or the book really interesting as you read along :3
