slow-paced

This was the first classic that I´ve read in english and tbh it was a bit more challenging than i thought it would. I really liked viginia wolfs writing. she captured even the smallest moments so perfectly.
Idk why, but the only characters that i really cared for were Clarissa, Peter and Sally... i just couldnt get into the other ones and thats why this book took me so long to read.

I love books that deep dive into characters and their thought process and this one was especially good because it was from 2 completely different points of view.
I identified with emiras character so much because im at a similar point in life with very similar point of view.  And damn i hated alix and kelley so much.
informative fast-paced

i liked it. it was interesting and i learned new things. i just wish there was more about racism and fatphobia in medicine.
informative reflective medium-paced

this was a good read, i learned some new things and enjoyed looking at these problems from Mikki Kendall's perspective.

I think this book would be great for anyone who is starting to learn about intersectional feminism, because it is very well explained and digestible. also, It is probably better suited for someone who is from the US, because some of the problems are applicable only for the US.
