this is a dark academia book that's not too dark, how do i say it omg 😭 apart from that i like all the characters in the book and ngl i get it why jenna is jealous of jessica, it's a human thing sometimes we are jealous of someone whose life we see is perfect, but behind it it's not as perfect as what we see.

the conflict in this book is not too heavy or complicated and the love affair between jenna and aaron managed to make me giggle 🩷

I love the main characters and i kinda relate to gisela but if we talk abt romantic relationship it's complicated because the three of them like each other but if we talk abt their friendship they are a perfect trio.

I didn't have a problem with the writing style i really enjoyed it i even finished it quickly because honestly it was a light book to refresh my head.

Would i recommend people to read this book? ABSOLUTELY YES

I AM OBSESSED with this book because all the writings were so romantic and the hopes they poured into the letters, it showed how intense their love was and how strong their desire was to live together

I almost gave this book 4 stars because of the forbidden relationship which i didn't support it but luckily kafka was the most realistic person in the book so the things that i feared didn't really happen, yes it happened but not officially (i'm in denial)

the book has nothing apart from poetry, there is no plot and some people might  get bored even though the pages are relatively few, and what about me? i actually feel the opposite i feel astounded and become even more astounded every time i turn to the next page, if there is one word that represents this book it's "ineffable"

i thought this book was just abt two people chasing their dreams in a silly way but the book has smth more to it, the book also tells abt friendship and humanity.

am i upset with the ending? yes although it's understandable but still, it was a plot twist that i didn't expect and i felt betrayed
