I really enjoyed following Marsh on two new mystery adventures. I found them both very interesting and entertaining. I also really liked that with each story we discovered more about his family history and I appreciated that there was some character growth too. It was small but it was there and it made sense for Marsh's character. And the last chapter of the second story was extra awesome.
The narrator was absolutely fantastic. Very expressive with distinct character voices. Great audio quality too.
I'm intrigued, I'd love to read more stories about Marsh!

Extraction play is the second book in the series but it can be read as a standalone. In each book we follow a different character in a group of friends working together. This is Pixie and Eva's story. Pixie was my favorite side character from book one, I loved her playful nature and she was such a good friend to Micah. In this book we find out more about her past and her artwork and I ended up loving her even more. Her backstory was heartbreaking and I admired her strength.
Her love interest is Eva, her best friend's older sister. When we meet Eva she's just had a bad break up and a big fight with her parents after coming out. Eva was also wonderful and beautifully written. I felt for her and I found myself really connecting with her character.
Pixie and Eva both had great character growth and I loved seeing them fall in love. Their chemistry was superb and I really really enjoyed the dynamic between them.
One of the things I absolutely adore in this series is the found family theme. I loved how they all embraced Eva and how they showed Pixie that she belongs and she is loved.
Amazing romance, it warmed my heart and highly recommend it.

Marsh is a thief and a drug addict but he also happens to be a wizard. When the people in his small town ask for his help he always helps them.
Marsh is a very intriguing main character and it was interesting being in his head. He's a flawed man but I think that deep down he has a good heart. I really liked the small town setting and the supernatural aspect of the plot. In this book we follow him as he solves two paranormal mysteries. I enjoyed listening both stories. I would actually really like to learn more about Marsh's past and his family.
The narrator was brilliant and brought Marsh to life. I loved how he voiced the main character and all the other residents of the small town. Great audiobook and very entertaining book. And I think it's perfect for the season.

This was such a sweet and heartwarming age gap romance. Reading it brought me joy and comfort. I honestly couldn't put it down, I finished it in one sitting. I was a bit sad and this book was exactly what I needed to feel better.
It was a happy and romantic story but it also discussed some serious issues like grief and the aftermath of what happened to Ryan in the beginning of the book. I liked how the author handled it.
I loved Ryan and Oscar together. Their relationship was based on good communication and respect and it was simply beautiful. I also really really enjoyed their dynamic, their chemistry was chef's kiss. Wonderful characters both of them.
Ryan is working as station hand ( ranch hand) and I adored all the side characters at the Station. Such and amazing found family! I hope they all get their own stories.
Oscar's kids were fantastic too.
I highly recommend this book. It will warm your heart.

This was my first book by the author and I'm absolutely hooked. I connected so so much with Mitchell. Some times it was too much to be honest, the author did a brilliant job describing his thoughts and feelings. He was just so real. I felt like I had a real person right in front of me and I cared deeply for him. He was flawed but I loved him and it was so satisfying seeing him grow. His character arc was fantastic. And I really really appreciated that the author showed the importance of therapy. It was a very emotional book. There's a scene between Mitchell and Gideon at around 22% that made me cry, it was very intense.
Gideon's backstory was very interesting. He was also a deep and well developed character and I really liked him. I loved how he gave Mitch exactly the care he needed.
The chemistry between the two of them was explosive. They were perfect together.
And the cat was adorable!!!
I just loved this book so so much and I can't wait to read more books by the author.

I had a fun time listening this book, it was fast paced and I loved the cruise setting. I felt like I was traveling with Jack and Diago.
I really liked Diago's personality. He was full of joy and sunshine, he made me smile. I didn't connect so much with Jack's character but I did enjoy his bi awakening storyline. The two of them had explosive chemistry.
I liked the narrator, I thougt that the character voices for Jack and Diago matched their personalities and were distinctive

"Purpose " is a YA scifi story. We follow Jax and Liam two sixteen year olds. Jax never felt like he fit in with the other teenagers but when a new shy kid, Liam, starts at his school he finally makes a true friend, someone he can relate with. The two teenagers eventually fall in love but they go through hell before they finally get their happily ever after.
The book had me hooked form the prologue. It was a flashforward and a very powerful one. I couldn't wait to find out how Jax ended up in such a horrible situation. The pacing of the book was great and the author kept my attention from the beginning until the end.
Jax and Liam were both absolutely precious and I wanted to protect them at all costs. They were so sweet together. And I loved the ace representation.
In this world some people have superpowers and a lot of the situations they faced reminded of how the Xmen were treated and I really really love the Xmen so this book was just perfect for me.
I enjoyed it very very much. It was an amazing coming of age story and I highly recommend it.

Dryad try again is a sweet paranormal romance between a Dryad and a human. They are both students at a monster university and used to be friends when they were kids until Kovi, the dryad, accidentally injured Tanner. When they meet again years later they can't deny the attraction between them but they have to overcome their past trauma before they get their happily ever after.
I really loved Kovi and Tanner together. The flashbacks helped me connect with them and I thought that they were very sweet together.
The pacing was brilliant, I loved the setting, the chemistry between the main characters was explosive and I found the side characters very interesting too.
If you enjoy paranormal stories and young adult romances set in college I would recommend this book.

"Striking a chord at Randy's" is a sweet, fluffy romance between two childhood friends who meet again after many years.
This book warmed my heart and put a smile on my face.
Trent was such a sweetheart, he melted my heart, I just wanted to hug him. And I loved how confident and caring Charlie was. I connected with both of them immediately and I wanted to see them happy and together. Charlie's nickname for Trent was adorable.
Their chemistry was chef's kiss. I really really loved their dynamic, absolutely delicious.
And I loved Charlie's friends group, they were all great and the way they embraced Trent made me so happy.
This was such a wonderful book. Fast paced, with wonderful and relatable characters. I had a blast reading it and highly recommended it.

"Rival hearts" is a second chance, enemies to lovers romance set in a small town.
I enjoyed the small town setting, it was what I loved the most in the book. I really liked how they all worked together to help each other and the town. The pacing was also great.
I liked Maggie a lot but it took me a while to warm up to Grady, he was just too immature. I love flawed characters and I enjoyed his journey but until he started changing I couldn't connect with him. I did love his character growth.
There was also a lot of miscommunication between Grady and Maggie and personally I'm not a fan of this in books. I loved it when they finally started talking and being honest with each other.
