Lots of red herrings, plot holes… and yet, I loved it. Saeris isn’t my favorite FMC but she isn’t my least favorite either. Fisher is dreamy. Carrion is the perfect comic relief. World building was a lot more comprehensive in the beginning, but we leave that fairly early in the story for another realm where there isn’t much world building. I have a lot of questions about things that don’t make sense but I’m not allowing myself to get frustrated/annoyed right now at least.
