Updated after finishing the series....
So the below Review still stands, this was my least favourite book of the trilogy and I did nearly stop after it and go straight to Six of Crows because I do LOVE the world that LeighBardugo has create.... BUT the 3rd book is soooo good! Unless you really didn't like both of the first to books I would say keep going. You won't regret it... I hope 😉

Original Review:
I given 3.5 stars because for me this is a, I don't love it but I don't hate it, kinda book and I think I'll feel like this about the series in general.
It is enjoyable and easy to read. It's a little slow in parts and Alina (the main character) kind of annoys me but the supporting characters are making up for that. And I am going to read the next one and Leigh's other books.

I loved the Disney movie of these stories when I was a kid and it was a joy to read them as an adult.

I know this bookis a favourite for alot of people but it didn't do it for me. It is far to long winded and there is so much waffle, that I found just unnecessary.
I listen to this on audiobook and the narrator wasn't great but I was determined to finish it. But I definately breathed a sigh of relief qhen it was over.
