+0.5   - I couldn’t get enough of this book! My inner chef was awakened in me as I felt indulged with every line. I felt so connected & empathetic towards the main character, Piglet, throughout the entirety of the book.

+0.5   - Broder touched on grief as if it was a bruise. Not only were there moments where her candor pressed upon true though hurtful points, but she also treated that bruise with such care via intimate prose. This was my favorite read out (so far) of all books containing themes of grief that I have consumed.
