I thoroughly enjoyed this book—it had me hooked from the start, constantly guessing what would happen next. The fast-paced story packs a lot into one book, and trust me, Karter and Ella's story doesn’t end here.
The writing was clear and easy to follow, with vivid descriptions that captured the characters' emotions perfectly. Despite being over 400 pages, it never felt overwhelming because of the smooth writing style. Once Karter and Ella met, everything seemed so perfect that I couldn’t help but worry something bad might happen. Though, in the end, things turn out well, but I did feel a bit sorry for Rachel.
I personally loved the story—it left me wanting more and eager to find out what happens next. This was my first time reading a book with mermaids, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. If you love mermaid romance mixed with suspense that keeps you guessing, this book is absolutely worth a read!

Of Faith & Flame by C.C. Tyler

This book is easily one of the best romantasy novels I’ve ever read, and I absolutely loved every aspect of it. Whether it's the murder mystery, the runaway bride, witches, werewolves, or vampyres with their unique powers, the slow-burn romance, fated mates, suspense, or secret identities—this book has everything I look for in a great read.
The writing was so vivid that I could picture every scene unfolding right before my eyes. I especially adored Evelyn and Kade—their initial attraction, their growing friendship, and the way their characters evolved throughout the story. It was captivating in every way. And then there's Aster, the curly red-haired, petite witch—she was just so adorable, and I felt so bad for her.
It’s been a long time since I’ve come across a romantasy with so many intriguing elements packed into one story, and picking up this book was definitely the best decision. It gave me major Vampire Diaries vibes, and I completely loved it. I highly recommend it, but make sure to have the next book ready!

Wow! This is one intense enemies-to-lovers, adventure-packed romantic fantasy! I had no doubt this book would blow my mind. I absolutely loved the first book in the series, and this one is just as amazing! It gripped me like a vice, and I was completely immersed in the adventurous world of Sorin and Drystan. The concept of different worlds—vampires, werewolves, and witches—was incredible. The suspense, action, longing, and the introduction of a new couple absolutely captivated me!
What really stood out to me was the multiple viewpoints from four different characters. It gives you insights from every angle, which I absolutely loved. The story was filled with adventure, and the suspense kept me on edge the entire time. Eldrick and Tovi are the perfect example of opposites attracting, and I devoured their story like a hungry demon. The portrayal of trauma for each character was beautifully done.
There’s a bit of spice, but it’s more of an adventure-packed, action-driven story. And I was right about who The Lone Wolf was! But the story doesn’t end here—I’m literally screaming for the next book! I need to know what happens next. Trust me, you don’t want to miss out on this! I highly, highly recommend this book to all Romantasy lovers out there!

How My Neighbor Stole Christmas by Meghan Quinn

Wow!!! JUST WOW!!! Meghan Quinn has done it again with another fantastic book! This one is so cozy, and I absolutely adored the whole small-town vibe. The town is nestled in the mountains, and get this—they celebrate Christmas all year round! Every year, there's a competition, and the winner gets the title of Town Kringle.
Watching Cole and Storee throughout the competition was so much fun, and seeing how their relationship evolved was captivating. I loved both of them, especially Storee—she’s just so adorable! The book is undoubtedly funny, and I completely fell for Atlas—he’s such a sweetheart, and I really hope there’s another book focused on him. The story was so engaging, I was hooked from the start and I loved the narrator's voice popping in here and there.
I did feel bad about how Cole treated Storee at first, and yes, I shed a few tears at the end. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the story and highly recommend it to anyone who loves cozy small-town romances. Oh, and the spice? It was definitely on point! The candy cane scene? My goodness! You’ll have to read it to see what I mean!

I'm trapped by a beautiful psych0path.
A devil with a soul as black as his heart.
Mal Ulstäd is seductive brutality wrapped in sinister allure.
And he knows what I did.
He knows my family destroyed his.
Now he won't stop, no matter how fast or how far I run.
They say fairytales are just pretend.
But monsters?
Those are real.
And they never, ever let go…

Wow! Mora is hands down one of the most badass heroines I’ve ever read about. The things she’s been through? Absolutely heartbreaking. My heart aches so much for both her and Zadriel. I’ve never seen a character endure so much pain and suffering, and it made me feel every bit of it too. Zadriel’s childhood and his own torment were just as gut-wrenching, and don’t get me started on how much I loathed Cillian and Andras Dother. I was so furious at them that at one point, I wished I could get into the book and kill them myself!
This story took me on an emotional rollercoaster—sadness, pain, love, happiness, and anger. I love books that make me feel so deeply. From the very beginning, I was hooked, and even though it’s somewhere about 500 pages, it didn’t feel that long because the story flowed so smoothly. I also loved Mora's power or curse, I was in awe with what she can do. The story does not end here, and I cannot wait for the next book to come out now!
As a huge fan of Romantasy, this one definitely stands out, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves a strong, badass heroine. Just make sure to read the trigger warnings before diving in. Oh, and the multiple POVs? I loved that aspect too!

Shattered Dreams by Natasha Madison

"Montgavin Township will never be the same when one night changes the lives of six people. The course of their lives and the trajectory of the town sets them on a collision course for disaster."
Shattered Dreams is definitely one of those emotional reads. It’s a story of love, loss, and hope amid heartbreak. This book takes you through the pain of losing a loved one and all that comes after—the anger, heartbreak, grief, and the urge to blame others.
Charlie starts off as such a gentleman, but I didn’t like how he placed so much blame on Autumn. It was painful hearing those words come from him directed at her. I was frustrated with him for not understanding Autumn’s situation, even in his grief and anger. I also thought Autumn should have resisted him more after everything he said, but that didn’t quite happen. But he makes it upto her and that's what matters.
My heart hurt so much for Autumn, but I loved that she got the happy ending she deserved. The spice was unexpected at first, but I ended up loving it. Overall, apart from that one thing I loved the book, and if you’re into tragic, emotional stories, this one’s for you! Just make sure to check the triggers before starting.

This book is such a cute, hot, and quick read! It's honestly one of the shortest reads I’ve ever picked up, and I absolutely loved it—I finished it in just half a day! The story is intriguing, and the chemistry is off the charts. I adore both main characters. I could totally relate to Elena’s self-consciousness, even though she’s amazing, and as for Nicholes, I have no idea why he’d doubt himself. There’s a bit of heavy stuff in there, so it’s worth checking the trigger warnings. And those steamy scenes? They were practically setting the elevator on fire—if you know what I mean! Altogether, it’s definitely worth picking up, and it’s a super quick read. Grab your copy now—it’s out!
Feud of Blood and Darkness: Arcana Wars by Elena Fe Art, Alexandra Rei
4.0
The beginning was overwhelming with all the information about gods, goddesses, their knights, and the children of blood and moon. I’ll admit, it was a bit confusing at first with so many powers, arcana, and characters to keep track of. However, once I got the hang of it, the reading became much smoother.
I found it fascinating to see the characters navigate through the murder mysteries. The dynamics and relationships between them were so well-developed and evolved beautifully over time. The Priestess mystery, in particular, was unpredictable and really impressed me. I was rooting for Sebastian and Violante from the very start!
The vivid descriptions of the gods' temples were a highlight for me—I could picture them so clearly. The writing was straightforward and easy to follow, and the story was incredibly engaging. I was constantly eager to find out what would happen next.
I especially loved the concept of different gods, goddesses, their temples, the Hand, and the unique arcana powers. The story itself was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who loves ancient gods, arcana knights, and a good rivals-to-lovers storyline.
