Archangel's Consort by Nalini Singh

I can't even describe how much I love this series! It had me at the first chapter in Angel's Blood. Nalini, you have done another amazing job at writing a series. I love how the story takes off from the beginning and you watch it unfold from the first book to the latest one which is Archangel's Consort.
The characters have developed from the first book and you see more variety in personality from the first characters at the start. WOW I can't even begin to describe how amazing this book was. I'm totally gushing over it.
This series has made me fall in love with angels and vampires all over again. What I also love about this series is the way Nalini has taken the traditional story of vampires and angels, twisted it and totally turned it on it's head. I mean vampires being Made by angels. I have not read that anywhere else. The way she also makes the story real by placing it in time and in a realistic setting also makes the story that so much more enjoyable. This series joins the ranks of Black Dagger Brotherhood and Dark Hunter for me. I love this series almost (if not a tiny bit more) as much as her Psy-Changeling books.
Enough with the gushing I think before I blow my top!

Darkest Mercy by Melissa Marr

AH what an amazing ride this has been! I loved loved loved loved this series and Melissa Marr did an amazing job at ending the amazing series.
It had EVERYTHING, love, anger, WAR, family, friendship...did I mention the LOVE? Ugh I can't even begin to describe how much this book had me on the edge on my seat once I finally built up the courage to read it. You see I didn't want to read the book because I didn't want the story to end! I definitely was not ready to say good bye to Ash, Seth and Keenan...don't forget Donia. The characters definitely have grown through out the books and I'm so glad that I finally get to see the end result of all the tension in previous books.
Ugh why did it have to end?? :( I'm going to have to re read the series again!
The ending however definitely left me satisfied and I was happy with what happened to all the characters in the end. I felt the story come to full circle. There is even mention of things from the first book (I will totally leave you hanging though - read to find out!)

City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare

The Ending!!! Oh my goodness the ending! Can't wait for the next book in the series, Well Done Cassandra Clare you never had a dull moment in this book. I had to stepped away from the book a couple times to take a breather it was pretty intense in some places.
The dramas in this book I feel had some weight to it, often you see couples fighting over the same thing in real life.
I can't wait to see what happens next!
