Did not finish book. Stopped at 50%.
It might have been the audio format. Might try again one day in print because there was a lot to enjoy, but I just couldn’t get into it.

A super fascinating look into the history of magic and its practical uses in daily life. Pretty academic, but not without its humor. The author clearly has a love for the subject, which made this all the more fun to read!

I’ve read this book in print, but listened to this one with my husband and it was a delight! I’m completely smitten with this entire series and will likely return to it again and again.

😭😭😭 what a tribute to the freedom of childhood and the fear that comes with leaving it behind. Perfect for any kid (or adult) who is scared of what comes next.

While this isn’t exactly a page turner, I’m giving it 5 stars because it is JAM PACKED with information about how to start your own homestead. A perfect reference guide to take and adapt for your own needs!

Really pleasant and well written. A little too wholesome and sweet for me, but overall enjoyable!
