These volumes are action packed one panel after the other! There's no catching your breath. Though for this one......one panel in specific made my stomach turn and the other one felt like a punch in the gut.

Third volume and this already happening. I feel like it sets the tone for what's to come.

The art is beautiful and the story is hilarious.

Getting bits and pieces of their backstories it's usually something I also enjoy in manga. Can't wait to read the next volume!

- This review is for the Spanish edition.

The story of Sarai filled me with dread, hope and longing. Reminded me of my teen years and the girls that surrounded me. It felt close to home and for that, I'm thankful. Remembering pain and learning that you could really make it! (hehehe) can be seen as freedom.

I loved this book and I'll be coming back to it whenever I want to read a certain passage.

I enjoyed this novel. Though, sometimes I didn't understand the fighting scenes and some dialogue. It was a quick read (read it in an hour) I can't wait for the second volume. I know I could read it on webtoon but the physical copy is so nice. By the end of all of it, I was hooked. So, if it's slow or just too confusing keep on going. It gets good. It's one of those novels that the second one will be better.

It also helps that at the end of it, it has a glossary page. You'll learn about the things that happened throughout it. You could even read that first if you want but it will spoil you!

Misspellings aside, the short stories were a treat. It's good to read the characters doing something else and interacting with others. I liked the story with Mahito and the one where Megumi and Itadori are following Gojo around. It was like reading a cut scene from the anime or the bonus page on the manga.

It's good for a reread. Also, since it's multiple stories you can put it down and read it later.

The narration done by Miss Viola Davis, is done beautifully. I'm in awe of this amazing woman. I'm glad I took the chance of listening to the audio book. But I'll definitely buy the book and read it along with her narration. I just know it would be a godly experience.

The emotions that she portrays through narration are so on point, you feel dragged into her world.

This is one of the best memoirs I've ever read. Please give this a chance if you haven't.

The art as always, is incredible. Though, most of the panels were about explanations and I lost interest sometimes. Speed-reading if you will.

There's this moment that made my jaw drop even though we already knew it. I can't wait any longer for the 19th volume to come out!!! Even the 20th one!!!!

It's about to get real y'all. This is turning into
the hunger games but at the same time it's like alice in borderland because of the culling game. I expect my peeps to win. BUT I ALSO EXPECT THAT OUR FAVORITES STOP DYING!!! YOU HEAR ME GEGE AKUTAMI???? STOP TREATING THIS LIKE THE GAME OF THRONES PLEASE AND THANK YOU.

I don't think my heart can't take any more of their deaths. But something will probably happen to Yuji or/and Megumi. I'm not ready for that.

I love that there's queer rep in this one even though it's not explicitly stated and that they're strong in their own right. I enjoyed this volume, not as much as the others, but I did.

THIS HAS TO BE THE BEST VOLUME IN REGARDS TO MAKI!!!!

This has cemented my love for Maki to great levels. She truly is the best girl to be rooting for. She took her power and made good on her promise. The strength she has to do it all?????? I'M CRYING.

This volume will go on my top five list of best Jujutsu Kaisen volumes. This one is truly a great read and an amazing treat since the start of this arc.

The art was beautiful and I always welcome each new character in every volume!

Yuta appearing and trying to kill Yuji annoyed me so much. I get why he's doing it but still. I can't get over Choso revealing that Yuji really is his brother. I mean the monster possessing Geto confirmed it himself. He prepared Yuji to be Sukuna's vessel. AKA he did the same crap that was done to Choso and his brothers.

So this revelation alone brings excitement to me and I can't wait for it to come full circle. I want them back on track to unseal Gojo because they seem to forget that without him? The whole jujutsu world will become a mess. Everyone that went into hiding because they couldn't defeat him will come running back.

This volume was action packed, the story's getting GOOD. I do hope Gege stops breaking our hearts though.
