Absolutely loveddd this book!! The romance was the perfect balance of yearning and seeing the characters get to explore their relationship. The romance was just filled with such strong tension I was having such a fun time just reading even small glances between the characters. I really liked the magical aspects and thought it was cool how some things I recognized in my own slight knowledge in herbalism. Absolutely lovely book I am so thankful to have received an arc from Netgalley!!

Omg wow. I am in love with this book. Going into it I was hesitant since it’s YA and i’ve been less interested in that recently but it was just perfect and I loved every second of it. Prince is so sweet and such a good guy that I was just rooting for him the whole time. And Dani was such a beautiful character who was so complex and  I loved how she took the time to work on herself which not a lot of people do so it was really awesome. The bookstore date was one of the cutest romance scenes I’ve ever read. It was just so thoughtful and really sets the standards high. The ending made me cry because of how sweet it was and how thoughtful Prince is and how well he knows Dani. Great book please read it!!

Tropes are so forced it’s unenjoyable and laughable.

This was an amazing book that I’d really recommend particularly to white women. I learned a lot including new ideas and adding to things I had previous knowledge of. I wanted to read this book to better understand my own privilege and how that plays a role in my job as a feminist. I am definitely going to take what I learned and apply it to my life in understanding the depth of feminism and what I need to do to support everyone.

This book was very informative and really changed my perspective on how I view myself and others. I’m really glad i decided to pick it up. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who may be neurodivergent who is looking to understand masking and methods to try to unmask. It’s also really good if you are just looking for more resources to understanding autism whether it’s you or a loved one who has it. A great read and the audiobook is excellent and narrated by the author which I always love!!!

LOVED this book and I’m so excited to see the movie (hopefully) this week. Of course I had to read it before watching the movie like I did with the original Hunger Games trilogy. I remember speeding through Mockingjay so excited to finally be able to watch the movies. Such a good book and a beautiful way to portray the complexity of Snow’s character and how his mind works.
