god this was weird but kinda interesting, too much web things for me as a person bc omg i didn’t like. FL is played a a girl who “isn’t like the other rich kids” so it was hard to feel bad for her.

this was hard for me to read, i didn’t like a lot of this but a prompt on tiktok made me do it especially since i absolutely adore skin of a sinner. ML is literally the grim reaper and she is regular jane who’s family has all died and she has survivors guilt. everyone thought she was crazy bc she could see death.

i like the thought of it but it was too much. I got tired of the drama halfway thru but i had to power thru the ending. ML is motercycle lead and in charge of his gang. FL was kidnapped from earth with no way to get home and becomes very dumb and brave.

i liked this series a lot (i read the 4) but she never got to actually talk with him. there was a lot they could have fixed like the eater cat thing could have protected her with the ML but nooo we had to kill it smh. she could literally understand that thing but not the one she was ment to be with. but it was good, i liked the universe and the characters.

Nero by S.J. Tilly

i loved this book, nero is so interesting. I hated that he didn’t explain things to her a bit earlier to make sure she wasn’t hurt  by his actions towards the end. ML is big in the underground mafia and after running from police he finds his way into FL apartment and kinda falls in love. it had amazing scenes, i might read the next one idk, but it’s not the same couple 😭. 

Fated to the Phantom by Sarah Spade

i liked this book, it was cute. I skipped the one with the kid that was mated to a demon who had to be in jail until she was older but i liked this one. FL is a librarian who wants some stability in her life and ML is someone who wants to finally find his mate so he used a demon mate spell and he used it but turned into a phantom. He left her acorns bc he watched Peter Pan with her and thought they were kissed 💖💕

it was good, but there was something missing i can’t place. ML picks her as his “mate” (not werewolf) and his father kidnaps FL for him as a prize for fighting. They are both victims he didn’t know any better.
