A wild and surprising romance

It was the first book about Faeries that I read and it really made me want to read others. I love the author's style. I really enjoyed this book: adventure, love, deceptions... All I look for in a novel! The characters are all really interesting but sometimes not developed enough...
It is a rewrite of Beauty and the Beast and even though it is pretty obvious once you know, I admit that I didn't even consider it throughout the book.

Favorite of the series: more action, more passion, more everything

I loved this book. No more a simple Beauty of the beast rewrite, the author brings new characters each one more interesting and either endearing or despicable than the next. The plot thickens and there isn't a second for a break, which is perfect because the intrigue is so amazing that it is simply impossible to stop. The character development is unexpected and yet logical.

I just adore this book.

When the plot reaches its climax

What a wild ride! This book follows brilliantly the two first ones. Even more action, the emotions that we feel are multiplied by a thousand and the intrigue finally finds its solution. Brilliant writing as usual. Riddles, love, grief, resentment, the author allows all our different emotions to collide in a beautiful firework.

An flawless ending to Feyre's amazing adventure, I highly recommend it.

I love the characters, but no action at all

I know this book is a short story, it was only supposed to be about the characters relationships. Still, I read it because I wasn't ready to say goodbye to the amazing fictional people from this universe and I must admit that I was disappointed. Nothing happens. At all. I expected more because there were several relationships that I wanted to know more about, but this book brought nothing. I still rated it 3 stars because even though there's nothing going on, it was cool to be in the head of secondary characters and I really like the author's writing. Besides, it wasn't supposed to be like the others.

Anyway, if you likes the series, don't read this one unless you don't mind being a little bored from the lack of action.

A wild competition that leaves you hanging for more

As you probably guessed, I love Sarah J Mass' work. I started with acotar but wanted more so I decided to read Throne of Glass. At first, I was afraid that I would not be as good, maybe because I'm not used to the third person, but I've never been more wrong. In this book, the story seems simple enough in the beginning but with every page, more mystery and passion arrive. Celeana turns from fighting for her own freedom to fighting to save her world.

Definitely worth it. And if you liked this one, get ready to be hooked on the rest of the series.

More magic, more mystery

As the story of Celeana unfolds, we discover more about this fascinating world. Not a lot of magic in the first one but details come into focus in this one. Everything goes faster and is surprising. Love, revenge, spells and violence, this story has it all. An ending that leaves you breathless and eager to know the rest.

Amazing sequel to Throne of Glass: it's a must!
