It serves it's purpose.

I'm about to become a life coach, so I'm reading everything I can on the topic. This book tells people exactly why hiring a coach is a great idea. It goes into what a coach does, and what areas of life they can help with. I would definitely recommend this title to both coaches and clients. Thanks Christopher!
