Did not finish book. Stopped at 64%.
I can see what the author is trying to do but it isn't being done interestingly enough to keep me reading. I don't care about the main character or what happens to her. The vibe is quite negative and one note. There's no real excitement and all it refers to is a specific period of time in 2017, which is probably one we'd all rather leave behind. I'm not engaged and even though it's a short book it's a slog to get through.
