The premise was promising, but the pacing was all over the place and I couldn’t get into it. Ivy felt like a cool character at first but in the end every character was pretty flat. The twists were either predictable or out of left field for shock value. Felt longer than it needed to be and even then I still have no idea what happened. Lovely prose though.
