Keeps you hooked the whole time! Very entertaining and easy to read! Not the craziest plot twist, but good enough to want to keep going. Gives me Behind Closed Doors vibes, a bit. Not as intense in my opinion, but still

I'm not sure if it was the writing style, or the overhypedness of the book, but something didn't do it for me. I didn't get attached to the characters that much and felt like this book was overhyped. I was bored for about half the book, then got kinda interested. Maybe it's just because it's not my style. It's written in a lyrical/poetic kinda way, that I guess I'm not used to. I also felt like the story was dragging on

It was honestly quite boring to me. Maybe this whole universe isn't for me, but there were no plot twists at all and the whole thing was very predictable. I guess it's enjoyable, but not worth recommending, in my opinion.

Okay, so... For some reason, it took me a while to get into the story. I feel like it started by being a little boring to me. But when we hit the plot twist, I became more interested. Although it was a bit predictable, I still didn't expect that exact situation, and I enjoyed it. However, because it took me so long to get into the story, I didn't get attached to the characters. Still a good book for romance lovers!

Really nice read! I kinda felt like not much was happening, but it still read very nicely and I still wanted read the next chapters! It's an interesting story. If you're into plants and geek mythology, this book is for you! I'm very curious to read book #2
