Another venture into the world of The Lords.
I knew when i first met Tyson in The Ritual, i was going to love him. I have been curious about his story, and this book did not disappoint in giving me what I wanted! Tyson is rough and tough, which i LOVED about him. He ends up crashing the wedding of Laikyn, the FMC, who is set to wed another lord, demanding he be with her. When he first gets with Laikyn, who is very pure and innocent, he is VERY rough with her. But i loved towards the end of the book we get to see a more gentle and sweet side of Tyson.
Laikyn was such a sweet innocent girl. It broke my heart all that she went through, and all she had to change about herself. I was on the edge of my seat throughout this book. There were so many twists and turns with Laikyns story, i was so shocked with how it all played out!
I also enjoyed how much my boy Ryat played a part in this book, and how we learn a bit more about the Spade Brothers!!
Another amazing book from @shantel_tessierauthor
