The Trouble With Love by Kat T. Masen

What happens when the older family friend you used to annoy when you were younger starts looking different in your eyes?
Even more so what will your father think!

'Sometimes it's not the butterflies that tell you you're in love, but the pain.'

The history, the family connection but not blood. These two are made for each other anyone can see that.
Can't believe how far a father would go to control his daughter even if it hurts her in the low run.

Amelia & Will have such a natural connection. Some scenes were heartbreaking to read but it definitely built substance into their relationship & the heartbreak with Amelias family.

I need to read the next one!

One night with my best friends big brother & my whole world changes forever...

Brand new author for me & it won't be the last of her's I read.
I'm not usually a fan of unexpected pregnancies but Eliza has changed my mind. You get the whole pregnancy with all the hormones, cravings & the sexual urges too.
Charley's craving was down right disgusting  100% agreed with Nate 🤣🤣

I can't wait to see what trouble Lucas gets up to with Evelyn in Forbidden Forever.

Who could ever say no to a smoking-hot redhead with a good arm & a love for pushing boundaries & breaking the rules.
Killian certainly couldn't get her out of his mind, even if she was his bestfriends little sister. Molly was always going to be his.

Fantastic story, Mollys childhood crush turns into HEA. Something she never thought she had a chance with finally came true.
I loved that Molly trusted Killian enough to tell her past to & then accepted his attempt to rescue her from her troubles.

Elena would do anything to save her mother's life, even marry the Billionaire Alpha-Hole.
What started out as a completely beneficial arrangement soon turned into a potential heartbreak situation.

What a complete yo-yo relationship. 100% whiplash from Alexander. Dude needs to stop being so indecisive.
No wonder Elena found it so much fun bringing his jealousy to surface 🤣

Elena's family went a completely different way to what I thought was going to happen. So unexpected that I got 2nd degree anger on behalf of Sarah.

When a one night stand ends up lacking on your end at least, 8 weeks later it seems that chapter isn't finished with you.

You get everything from spice to dramatics.
Scandelous families to down right jerk family members.
I really like these two as a couple. They have the makings of best friends but all the tender loving aswell.

Really easy read, fantastic writing but the last few chapters felt rushed to me.

No matter how unwilling to the arrangement they are, they have no choice.
 Time is up, she's his.
 Or is she.

These two have got to be my favourite Windsor arranged marriage so far.
Both broken in different ways. Both tormented by their parents, needing each other to finally break free.
Their Broken Pieces fit perfectly together!

I love how the Windsor wives become sister wives & give each other what their blood couldn't. A true sisterly experience.

When you nearly lose the woman you wanted nothing but fun with but have come to realise she's all you want in your future.
Will Shep let her win her denial or will he get her to submit to her feelings.

Kris & Shep remind me of a young teenage couple, finally breaking down walls & lifting each other Us. After everything they have been threw together, they prove to be the strongest duo team.

Last few chapter, I literally couldn't speak. The emotion & eagerness to keep reading hoping & praying no one meets lead.
The maternal instinct radiating from Kris to get the Val no matter what, really had me choked up.

Also Tom Jones is a Welsh legend not Vegas!

What happens when this forbidden couple finally finds out how the other feels? Will they banish their feelings or will they give into their desires, no matter the cost.

Sawyer & Sammy are a mouth watering combination!
Sawyers Cinnamon Roll character perfectly matches Sammys broken but fighter spirit.
Sawyer will protect her with his life no matter who stands in his way!

The writing style in this is different, the inner monologue from Sawyer & Sammy add so much character. You get an even intense look into how the other makes them feel.

I jumped straight into book 2 after finishing Malevolent King. We see Niko survive in prison after having his heart shattered & torn out. What comes after his release will be no shock to anyone.
Niko loves with his whole heart but when lies & betrayal seep into what's left of his soul, will he be able to crawl back to his humanity.

I loved the conclusion to Niko & Sofias story.
Their love & dedication never wavered, even when apart for so long they still felt 'home' as soon as they were near.

'The only thing I've ever wanted in my life... was you, prom queen, and now, I've got you. There's no escaping.'

Sofia & Nikolai's story is action packed, steamy & jam packed with dramatic suspense.
Nikolai has wanted Sofia since the moment he saw the innocent bird at a bar she had no right to be at. She's been his before she even knew about it. She's gave him all her first & there's no way he's letting her go.

Such an amazingly written dark romance with all the feels. This had me hooked right from the beginning.
Nikolai is a guilt pleasure right from the beginning, you can't help but love him. His childhood was never easy for him & it make you want to love him more.
The duo was a dream come true, their blossoming love is electric, he brings her alive & she warms his cold heart.
I'm so glad I can go straight into the second book, that cliffhanger was shocking to say the least.
