when I tell you i cried like a baby, I mean it.
This book is full of hope and love.
A beautiful piece of art who made me proud of who I am and hopeful once again.
I loved every character, maybe Roberto a lil more but it doesn't matter. It was perfect.

weirdly enough, this book was a bit disappointing.
I loved the slowburn of Ronan and Adam, i loved the proper introduction of Henry and i loved the group. Still, it was not enough.
There are too many unresolved problems. What about the demon? The other characters?
It was all too simple, too fast. Too characters that didn't actually had a reason to be there beside giving excuses to the plot to go on.
The "villain" wasn't a villain. There was nothing.
Even the end of their journey was disappointing.
Even more weirder: i do not get blue and gansey relationship at all. Henry didn't have enough time to shine.
So much potential, wasted.
yay for pynch ig...

the end was kinda meh.
i liked it mostly bc of Adam and Ronan. Adam and Gansey small interactions were pretty good, too.
I, unfortunately, can't stand Blue's "I'm so short!!!" thing anymore.
Her character is good but sometimes a lil too much, too "I'm different and small ihih".
It had a nice pace and then the end was...there. Too fast, not underable. Obviously a bridge for the last book.

Ronan, i loved to see what's in your mind.
Noah, i miss you.
Gansey, you're so strong baby.

Do i really need to say anything? If the first 20 pages didn't convince me, the rest of the book completely enchanted me.
Great story.

I can understand why people may see Nico or the Solangelo relationship as flawed but at the same time...duh.
The whole point is change. This book wasn't really about the Villain or atmosphere (even though I liked it) but more about how we are our own enemies. Of course Nico is a little different here. He matured, changed, shaped himself into trying and tiptoed around his own happiness.
I loved Will, too. In the way we can finally see his trauma too. Always having to be seen as 'the bright son of Apollo' when he, too, is just a kid who has to heal everyone and take all the pain of everyone but his own.
I really cried, laughed and screamed all along this book. Deeply in love with them and Mr.D relationship with these two. (Especially his favouritism).
For me, it was the perfect ending (or start, for them) of a really painful and difficult saga. Really nice.

I can't believe. It's so difficult for me to give a book 5 stars but oh, my god. After the first two chapters, I WAS HOOKED.
the plot, sub-plot, the flow of the story, the atmosphere, the characters.
They were all so real and deeply flawed. I finally saw real trouble  teenagers acting like what they are.
I was holding my breath through all the last part and even though I wasn't convinced by the writing, at first, it works oh so well.
I sense trouble, I sense something between Roran and Adam and I sense a lot of good things from the next book.
can't wait to read it.
