would have worked better as a comic series ??
felt like a lot of half-baked ideas that kept me at a distance as the reader. the style was lackluster (skip this one if you're not a fan of swearing in prose) and the setting felt very mottled.
xiaodan and malekh were the best parts.. i adore them i do. remy though.......... >_> just felt quite inconsistent
a lot of cool concepts blooming here but the execution didn't do them justice
