Started off pretty intriguing, ended with "man slowly reveals himself to be insane." The thing that bothers me most is that the dialog was written as if someone only learned how to have a conversation by watching The Brady Bunch. Otherwise kinda fun.

Ok we all know why we read this. If I were to say anything it would be that this focuses less on growth and more on validation, which is perfectly fine too. It's also roughly the length of a brochure so there's that as well.
