A gripping novel. It’s well paced, not too overbearing with cop lingo or too many twists. A great crime/police novel with an easy to follow plot.

A little hard to follow at first, but the helpful guide at the beginning of the novel was useful. I enjoyed the flow of the novel & a great plot to keep you hooked.

I’ll start by saying, this book isn’t the worst that I’ve ever read, but it’s certainly not the best. I’m not sure what Catherine was going for here, but I just feel confused. Her writing style is choppy, and at times boring. I felt there was a bit of unnecessary details in there sometimes. It had a plot that seemed promising, but I definitely didn’t get the appeal. The opening was so entrancing that I feel let down by the rest of the book. It’s unfortunate because I was totally intrigued. Again, not terrible but could’ve been better.

What an incredible twist at the end! Sara Shepard has done it again. I loved the PLL series and this one is just as good. What an interesting read. Hooked from beginning to end. This one is a for sure read.
