I really loved the approach Rooney took in portraying relationships over a long span of time. I went into this book thinking I was going to hate there being no quotation marks but imo it was so well written I didn’t even notice.  Being in my 20s, this book resonated a lot me & my current stage of life.

Definitely felt like a rewrite of And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie. It was entertaining and spooky at times, but the plot twists weren’t anything to write home about. It will be a 1 time read for me!

It was a sweet, endearing, and (at times tear-jerking) book. I didn’t find it necessarily ground breaking, but it doesn’t seem like that’s what Henry was aiming for. Kept me turning pages and got me out of a slump!

Did not finish book. Stopped at 76%.
I just couldn’t handle this book. The premise was so promising but the execution is just poor. With every new chapter, there are 100 more unanswered questions about the world the book is set in.

This is the ultimate feel good book!!! This book tackles love in all kinds of relationships, and in the face of discrimination. TJ Klune also does a fantastic job writing from a children’s POV. Thoughtfully crafted, easy to read, and utterly heartwarming.

A cute little novella about a series of letters sent between a woman living in New York, and a bookstore in London. Set over 20 years, this book is light, fast paced, and really heartwarming. Not reinventing the wheel by any means, but then again it doesn’t need to.
