Fake dating, meets ex-friends to lovers in this fun romcom! This book had a sort of dual pov with it being written in 3rd person, it let you see into both Daisy and Liam’s thoughts. The Dating Plan is a super sweet read with plenty of banter to have you laughing out loud. I greatly enjoyed the little anxiety and ocd rep, it was done in such a natural way that was extremely relatable.

Faking marriage/marriage of convenience! This book did this trope so good! I loved watching Anna and Liam fall for each other and how they communicate through things. Given they have some minor struggles, but overall the book is nicely done in a semi realistic way. The only question I have is how can you live in the some house as someone for two years and know absolutely nothing about them 😂

Secret society romance. Say no more. Brynn and Killian’s insta love left much to be desired. I had a hard time with how insta love/obsessed both characters were within days, there wasn’t a lot of growth in their relationship to make it believable. Killian is obsessed to point of unhinged and Brynn seems to put herself in ridiculous positions time and time again. I really wanted to like this book, the overall storyline wasn’t bad but I didn’t love the characters.

This whole book takes place over 3 days. Really nothing happens during those 3 days except a bunch of internal dialogue and two spicy scenes. Am I curious about the cliffhanger? Ya, enough to read the need book? Maybe.

The spice is spicing, but a pretty minor plot. This book has a lot of tell not show scenes where you time jump a few months and are told what happens. I wish we got a bit more of the guys falling for Kate, it felt a little forced. But the spice and care the guys have is 10/10. I ate up this coyboy dark romance!

Ohhh now I see the hype. The first part of this book I struggled to see how the guys just let Penn go back with her dad, for all the access they have, it seems she is a blind spot. But their love and obsession definitely shows in book two and damn 🥵. Now I want to read the other interconnected series to further understand their circle of connections.

The spice was spicing, but I had a hard time connecting with the characters. It felt a little insta love with a very minimal plot.

This book is the perfect vampire boyfriend, spicy, adventurous read! I absolutely loved the plus sized FMC, the way she owned her body was so refreshing and relatable. And the spice 🥵 If you’re a fan of The Vampire Diaries but want a plus sized fmc and spice, grab this book!

Thank you Jessica for the arc! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

This had me at Gotham City with faeries, the Grim Reaper, Robinhood, magic and romance! I devoured the first half of this book. The world building is so unique and I love the dual POV of Tasia and Archer. I found the last quarter of the book to fall flat, it felt like information was just being thrown at us, Tasia kept flipping on how she felt about her dad every chapter, and it didn’t wrap up the hundreds of questions I have on faeries and soul-seers. I will have to pick up the second book whenever it comes out to hopefully get these answers!
