My heart and soul has been ripped out from this book! 💔 The continuation of The Legends of Thezmarr series is full of adventure, love, friendship, *spice* and heartbreak. The entire book had me on the edge of my seat and has me diving into book 3 right away.

If there is one fantasy book you pick up this year, make it Blood & Steel. I devoured this book in a day. The characters, the action, the storyline… the perfect combination. Every second of this book had me on the edge of my seat needing to know what happens next. A truly epic fantasy read!

This was such a fun cozy read that gives you all the feels. This Moonvale Matches novella alternates between Kizzi and Fiella’s povs. I loved getting a glimpse of both of their *steamy* relationships and hilarious friendships. And did I mention dragons! I desperately want my own baby pet dragon 🐉 I can’t wait for the next book in this series!
Thank you to Hailey Blackwood for an eARC of this cozy and magical read!

In the final conclusion to The Five Crowns of Okrith, we finally get Carys’ story. I greatly enjoyed her character arc and the representation of depression and how debilitating it can be. It was a great story, however I felt the competition for the crown was a little lost in the rest of the storyline and at times seemed out of place. But overall an amazing read.

I ate up this story between Neelo and Tal. This is definitely a he falls first as we see Tal support and love Neelo from the very beginning. I enjoyed seeing the struggle they have with anxiety and the pressure of the world.

Back again but with Bri’s story. I loved her character arc and making something for herself beyond The Fate set for her.

This was a fun continuation of the series, but I often found the FMC a bit whiny and cold hearted.

Witches, fae, prophecy, fated mates, magic, found family - honestly what more can you ask for in a romantasy book! This was such a fun and emotional read. I loved the little hints throughout the book leading up to the end for the big ah-ha moment!

This was one of my most anticipated reads for the year and it sadly did not hold up as much as the first book in this series did. It took a bit for the story to get going with a lot of repetitive actions from Isla. I was hoping by book three we would see her grow into her powers, but it took almost the whole book for that to happen and even then it wasn’t until the last few pages where it all came together. The love triangle is also overdone at this point. However, the ending and possible continuation of the storyline has me intrigued, especially since Alex announced two more books in this series. With this book we finally got more of Isla’s history and family which really brought the whole picture together.
