I adored this book from start to finish! Very relatable and well written. I loved the characters and their interactions. I felt the exact same things when I was 17. This book breaks down barriers and goes places that are important without making it seem forced or trivialized. I think this is a must read for any teenager and could see it quickly becoming a classic. It's witty, funny, and heart warming without any of she cheesiness of books that typically fall into that line. Definitely will read again and one that's worth keeping on the shelf!

I am enthralled with this series I love the concept but I found this book to be paced kind of difficultly when action and interest were happening but was fun but there were chapters where I was bored to death. I guess if I sat down and read this book quickly I would have enjoyed it more but the first book was so fun I couldn't put it down this one had trouble keeping my interest. The character are amazing and I adore the cultural footnotes Kwan throws in. I can't wait to start the third installment.

Oh my goodness I devoured this book! Very cute and easy, I loved almost every character for one reason or another and I found Lara Jean so relatable, Margot was so easy to picture and Kitty was amazing coming relief without being cheesy. If you've got a free afternoon or are looking for a cute quick read this is the book for you! I can't wait to read more from this series.

This book took me an awful long time to get through. I started it right before the holidays got busy and life got busy and everything besides sitting down and reading became important. I did enjoy it and Celeste Ng has a beautiful way of conveying emotions and human feelings I will say though that because of the prolonged read time I felt like I wanted more from this book. Maybe my expectations were a little too high... if I had read this book in a weeks time I would have been completely fine with it but I guess because I had to space it out and savor each page I want as enchanted as I hoped. Still recommend simply because her writing style is beautiful!
