This one was a wild ride…

1) The “good guy” becomes tainted and kind of goes bad…
2) There is a war with a king who is trying to claim the throne after the ruler dies against the rightful heir!
3) I really loved how strong the female MC became.
4) Favorite side character ended up being a guard named Jax!

I absolutely loved the main characters in this story! And can I just say.. heeeeeey, new book boyfriend! VAD, are you kidding me? Whew! Mysterious, grey streaked hair… yes please!

I also just found myself lost in the world of Gothikana. I have never read a book that has even touched this, it is so unique and I loved the dark academia vibes and the FRICKEN CASTLE!!!

So many plot twists in this one. I was accusing EVERYBODY left and right as being the stalker and or murderer.

The ending!? I AM NOT OK.

Need to start book 4 ASAP, ok bye!
