If you ever read a Jodi Picoult novel you know how upsetting the ending of her books are. I don't think I've ever read one where I recall an overall happy ending. With that being said, this was still an excellent book. Very dynamic & controversial story line.

I love Celestes style of writing. I found this book my preferred or favorite between her two. I love her take on minority experiences in America further more proving we all just want community. Absolute must read.
