I feel like Ivy’s realizations—written well, as if they were grand epiphanies—didn’t match her thought process of the current state of her life and the immediate situation. There was a disconnect and as wide as the realizations were, it made them hard to believe. Had lots to say, but I don’t know if I actually truly took away any of it sigh
