Wow, the amount of talk about how physically attractive the two MCs are to each other is too much. It's mutual, the guy is obsessed with the woman's lips and hips or legs, and I just decided to dnf the book because she mentioned the word "gorgeous" or a synonym, to describe him, a gazillion times in a few paragraphs... Big pass, not for me, I don't feel like even getting to 15% to decide to abandon this one.

For most of the book I thought it was the perfect story for me, as I loved the characters and their dynamic. The book made me cry of happiness more than once, which I love when happens. Towards the end of the book, there was a highly sexual chapter (thirty-two) which I didn't like at all. I'm ok with smut, just not with THAT type of smut. Also, the extra chapter after the epilogue was not my style.
I'm really not a wedding type of person, the adoration of a woman in a bride dress is super blergh for me.
Still, a great book that I truly recommend and that I plan to re-read at some point.

I have read some books by Alexis Hall in the past, and I normally like them. This one was not an exception. There's nothing "wrong" with the book, but I did get bored often. Also, this one is more cloying than the others I read, and less funny.
