This one was actually better than the first in the series. I really like Dixie and the other characters, both human and animal.

I enjoyed this book. Mercy is a great character. In this story, she actually uses the fact that Adam has named her his mate when she has to.

Gangster, diamonds, love and death. What's not to enjoy?

On the one hand, this book really annoyed me. It was just a little overboard on a lot of things. On the other hand, it kept me reading and I want to know what happens to Bella and Edward next.

I really enjoyed the history in this book. She makes it enjoyable and funny. The part I didn't particularly like is when she goes off on modern politics. I don't mind that's she's a democrat, I just wasn't reading the book to see what her view of the Iraq war is.

I enjoyeed this. It's a typical regency romance, but I have a soft spot for them.

This series is great and just odd enough. Who would have thought that I'd be rooting for a serial killer, a very successful serial killer.

It was okay. I just couldn't really connect with the characters.
