My son has read every book in this series. After finishing all the Wimpy Kid Diary books, he started on these. They are fantastic. This second book is another five star read!! Great series for reluctant readers, especially little boys.

This series is another of my son’s favorites. He’s read all the books. The books are fun, funny, and are nicely illustrated. It really is like reading a comic in book format. This series is great for reluctant young readers, especially boys.

This first book in the Dog Man series is amazing! After my son read this he couldn’t get enough. He has since powered through all the books. They really are like comic strips in book format. If you have a child who is a reluctant reader, this book is so worth a try. Especially good for little boys I think.

My son loved this book! After meeting Rowley in all the Wimpy Kid books, it was nice to see him get his own story. If you don’t know, Rowley is there ever faithful, sometimes downtrodden, friend of Greg, the main character in the Wimpy Kid series. My son hopes there will be more Awesome Friendly Kid stories.

OMG I can’t say enough about this book! It’s amazing. The story is compelling, and I was totally engrossed from start to finish. I listened to the audiobook; the narrator did an exemplary job. Ms Kelly took the original Pride and Prejudice and made this story her own. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say that I enjoyed this story way more than the original, and I’m a huge P&P fan... movies, books, audiobooks. I love them all.

This story of Ms Kelly’s had it all, romance, mystery, a serial killer, and a house party. Oh how I love a house party. It’s one of my favorite settings for a historical romance. Anyway, this book is a must read!! I absolutely adored it! Of course it’s a clean romance... it’s P&P after all. Happy reading!!

Amazing Story!

I absolutely adored this book! It kept me on the edge of my seat for most of the story, and I couldn’t finish it fast enough—I wanted to know what happened that badly! Fantasy is not my usual genre; I’m more of a historical romance buff. But lately I’ve been reading more fantasy books, and I’m loving them!

This story is intriguing, engaging, and even funny at times. Seventeen year old Wynter is just days away from her eighteenth birthday when she uncovers her family is not what she thought it was; nor is she who she thought she was. She discovers long lost family members, including an uber evil grandmother, and her life takes a 180 degree turn.

There are a lot of secrets and evil goings on, and I stayed up late into the night finishing the book. FYI this is a continuing series; Wynter’s story continues into the next book. Yet still, the ending of this first book in the series was very satisfying. But my advise, when you start this book make sure you have the next one ready to go—you’re going to want to read it! I’ve already started reading Different Shade of Wynter.

Enjoy!
