I didn't love the (ugh) after every single use of the word Patriarchy, but maybe thats cause i listened to the audiobook and it didnt translate well. However, this book made it SO Clear that I was suffering from Burnout in 2021/2022. I'm doing better now, but still have work to do. I may even get a physical copy of this book to sticky note/annotate, something I Never do, just so I can refer back to passages if needed. This book is SO Important and I'm glad it exists
