On the one hand a deep meditation about feeling emotionally disconnected, fragility of relationships and existential longing, on the other hand there is so. much. sex. Like girl, I know there is an artistic background why this is the case but DAMN. But I liked the book in total.

I tried to read between the lines but all I saw were the lines he took while writing this. In its cultural context, this was definitely an interesting read and I like Jim Morrison's mind but sometimes I just had no idea wtf he was talking about.
