Lets you come to your own conclusions based on the events rather than spelling it out for you, however it feels like drowning in information at times.

Very dense, gave me a lot to talk about with people interested in the topic. Speaking with people raised fundamentalist/evangelical, i was surprised how many of them recognized names I’d never heard of.

5 Types of People Who Can Ruin Your Life: Identifying and Dealing with Narcissists, Sociopaths, and Other High-Conflict Personalities by Bill Eddy

Insight on personality disorders. It introduces a fairly new theory of high conflict personalities that can coincide with PDs and make someone the villain of someone else’s life. The language is fairly accessible, as well.

I wouldn’t say it’s empathetic or healing focused for people with PDs, though it focuses on behavior patterns and encourages self awareness, as well as mediating and solution-focused approaches to personal disputes. Not all narcissists are abusers, but awareness of shifting blame would ‘fix’ them, not just calling them a narcissist.
