The good: funny, irreverent, and likely to be effective for people who feel fed up. The bad: a few icky moments that feel judgemental to people with serious mental illness. The ugly: While this book has great content and could be a really good reference point, I tried to read it straight through and really struggled. It doesn't seem to be intended to read that way.

Adorable, funny for kids and adults, and informative!
