I had mixed feelings about this book until about two thirds of the way through, and then the plot really picked up. However, I think that’s just my aversion to split timeline narratives, so take that as you will. Coming back to update this with a more in-depth review later!
I’m pretty sure I cried for the last quarter of this book, and I sobbed during the last three chapters. What an introspective, moving examination of what it means to live and move through life, regrets and all. Definitely a favorite that I’ll be revisiting.
