I was really disappointed in this one. all the reviews kept saying how awesome it was and how it was a must read for poetry. I could not get into this one nor did I care for it.

Was not a fan. I never have been a huge fan of romance like novels. the era it takes place in was really interesting but overall would never pick this book back up again.

Was forced to read this in high school. Definitely interesting read but definitely hated it all into one.

Definitely a classic and had to read it. it was okay. Definitely recommend reading at least once from the library or libby.

As a child forced to grow up catholic and now a Atheist I loved the message in the stories on lessons and tribulations and of virtues and morals. I would recommend reading at least once to get a sense of organized religion on the christianity side of things. I really liked the different perspectives and how even in this modern day age it can be applied to situations and scenarios faced now.

I found this book to be gore-esque more so than scary. I felt there were parts that really could have been cut because they dragged on and the fact that the majority of the book was centered inside a grocery store or close to it i think really got me like okay is this going to evolve or what lol. The creature sounds like something out of cloverfield and overall i was laughing at some parts due to the predictability of some of the characters but over all it was okay it wasn't horribly terrible but not my favorite.

Not what I had in my head when i read the book description. That ending left me like ermmm just another day in mom hood *face palm* i was annoyed by the kids...I loved the parallels piece of it that was interesting but it was mainly about a mom complaining about being a said mom and how hard it is having two kids...Some may like this but I can't give in my mind above 1-2 stars for this one. Could have been cut shorter and really didn't need to be as long as it was and we don't need to talk so much about the breastfeeding piece..seriously... i was really turned off to that but hey you do you moms just not something I enjoy reading about in what should be a thriller book, which the first part was the only suspenseful piece the other 4 parts ugh....nope missed that mark badly. I definitely will not be picking this up again. Glad I got access to this on libby and didn't waste money buying the book.

oh....my......goodness....what a wild ride with this one. The twists and the overall book was UH Mazing. I highly recommend if you are looking for a book with a good few plot twists. Was pretty suspenseful and couldn't put it down. I don't think I would reread because now that I've read fully through it would ruin the twists and turns but it was really really really good!

I listened to this on audio book. probably unpopular opinion but I personally couldn't get myself into this one, i had to force myself to the end. maybe if I reread a physical copy but overall i just really wasn't vested into this one. it was okay.
