Oh, OK! This book brought the plot with the spice! This romance book is the second book in the series and you can easily jump in to this book even if you have it read the series( it’s what I did 🤣). I really enjoyed both characters in this story. The mental health representation in this book was great. You don’t see it too often so when I find a book that shows positive mental health representation and what a person needs to get through anxiety or any other type of mental health issue I am thrilled. Now I loved how both main characters met and then that’s when some of the spice came in and it’s hard for me to decide how many 🌶️ to give this book because the first third of the book there wasn’t that much space but then once the spice started, it started getting spicy throughout the book show because this book still has plot. I’m gonna do three 🌶️. So all in all four ⭐️ and three 🌶️. If you need a good romance book that has plot and spice definitely pick this one up.

This book was a solid three ⭐️ YA novel. I listened to this advance copy and I’d like the narration, very good! The Voice actors really brought the characters alive and they were able to bring that youthfulness that this YA mystery/thriller book needed. Solid three ⭐️ book.

I enjoyed this romance book. I got this book as an ALC and I very much enjoyed the whole plot the narration. It was a good book. I felt that I was in a genre, slump when I was starting this book. But this book was upbeat. Caught my attention. I liked the narrator, especially the girls voice, she gave so much character.. All in all cute romance if you want a cute rom com that will get you through a slump- this is definitely the book.

Okay this book started and I thought I was able to guess a lot of the twists and plot. But then as soon as act 2 came I realized I was in for some change and I was there for it. I enjoyed this book and figuring out why it all happened. Good book!

Wow, What a book! I absolutely loved this book. This fantasy book was just so gripping. I loved all the different characters and POVs. What was great abouth this authors writing is that even though there were 6 different POVs, none of them got mixed up and each one was unique.  There were so many things that took place and so many different things to keep in the back of your mind, but it added to the whole plot.

My favorite character would definitely be Sora (the poison maiden), she is so unique and what a strong MFC! She was one of 18 girls who were sold to a count and put through an illegal poison school where they were slowly dosed with poisons so they'd become immune. I loved how unique she is to many stories.

Uncovering the lies and trying to figure out who would betray the other was so much fun, was I close no 😂.The ending twist was catching and has me wanting the next book... guess I have to go book shopping 🤣.

I had a really hard time getting into this book. I don’t read too much gothic stuff but I do enjoy dark romance as well as fantasy. So when the arm got chopped off I went with it until I saw the picture of it severed. I also was taken aback by the father and daughter relationship. However I continued to read to see if it changed. Maybe I just wasn’t in the mood for a gothic based fantasy book but this wasn’t the book for me. I am definitely one of the few people that feel that way so if you like gothic style and fantasy I would go for it!

Okay! This was a good spicy book. I really enjoyed both narrators. They both added depth to the characters and made me want to continue reading this book. This book is more focused on the spicy than the overall plot but there wasn’t too much spicy percentage. If you want a good spicy darker romance (note I’d say it’s a 2 scale dark romance) I would give this a try. It has bdsm, sex club and dad’s best friend tropes in there. All in all this was a quick spicy read. 4 ⭐️ 3 🌶️

Solid 3 ⭐. I enjoyed getting to know these characters. The narration was good as well. This is the type of book that people enjoy reading to have a quick scandalous read. All in all, it was a good 3/5 star rating.
