Sven: A Hockey Romance by Mary Warren is the fourth book in the Glendale Magic series. I have been following this series from the beginning, and each book is just as good as the next! I am normally not a fan of surprise pregnancies, but this book caught me off guard because of how much I loved it!
Sven is the Hockey boyfriend of your dreams. He is sweet, patient, supportive of your dreams, and a reformed playboy who doesn't deny his past! I loved Sven immediately taking responsibility for his child and being a fantastic father, one he could be proud of (unlike his father). While struggling with her public image and messed up way, Natalie was fired from her teaching job. As a couple, they were everything I was hoping for; I love that we were both secretly falling for the other just by how they treated one another before anything was said.
This quote had me swooning!
"I'm going to make you so fucking happy."
"You already have."
I love that the book highlights book banning in schools and themes of found family, allowing yourself to be angry, standing up for yourself, and NO third-act break up! Overall, this book was incredible. Mary Warren gave us another fantastic big girl in the book, and we loved it!

Mine by Mandy Muse is a Hot and Spicy Poly (MMF) Romance centered around two Hockey Players who can't stop fighting long enough to work well on the ice and gorgeous women who do the team's social media and is secretly a cam girl on the side that they both watch and have she is interested in.
I have loved this series and how Mandy Muse has contacted the Characters from the previous books, but each one feels like its own storyline, and you're not missing out on other people's stories. I loved this throuple so much; Romeo, Hunter, and Valencia were all very cool people, and somehow, they all worked together in this relationship and balanced one another. I love the nature of the contract of this relationship. It allowed three people who otherwise would have been very slow to burn and hesitant to drop the pretense and go for it. This allowed them all to develop feelings much faster. I think that is why things didn't feel fully fleshed out in areas, especially with Hunter and Romeo. This contact and being on the ice helped them move past things they may not otherwise have.
I think this might be a favorite part of the series, and I loved how emotional and supportive this throuple was. There were no false pretenses and immediate chemistry, and all three of them went after what they wanted. P.S. I loved that there was no real third-act break; a couple of things happened where they pushed each other away minimally for a couple days but nothing that devested the three of them to break up! Also, Romeo's Spanish dirty talk would do it for everyone! If you love a sports romance, BDSM contract, dom/sub, and queer poly relationships, this book definitely needs to be on your TBR.
Thank you to Mandy Muse for the Advanced to read and review!

This is my first book by Sloan Spencer, and I had such a fun time reading this book! I love books with strong female main characters, and Robyn is just that! She was a professional female athlete as well as a champion of women on social media. This book is a sports romance, and Why-choose polyamorous relationship is what drew me into this book, and it did not disappoint. I loved the spicy support for each other, family support, dating lessons, and the little taboo nature of all of their relationships! These MCs were beautifully written, and I loved Dell's Daddy Dom nature. Isaiah was ready to Sub for him in an instant! My only issue is that it went from them being friends to starting a relationship and immediately saying I love you seems really fast, and I would have liked to see them develop their feelings more on the page together, for the "L" word was used. But overall, this book was fun, flirty, and full of love and dirty-talking spice, and I would recommend you pick up this book.
Thank you to Happily Booked PR and Sloan Spencer

Revved Up & Ready by Jasmine Grace is the third book in the Heartbeats in the Heat series! These books are set in Palm Springs and center best friends who find their happily ever afters! I have been following this series from the start, so I loved this third and final book.
Sadie finally dumped her terrible long-term boyfriend and rebuilt her self-esteem and confidence, and I loved that Cam wanted to be a part of that process. This book has all of the giggling and feet-kicking moments and all of the spice! Jasmine Grace has a knack for writing sweet and hot rom-coms that are easy and quick to read! Cam suggesting they "fake date" to make her ex jealous was amazing, and his later confession of it never being fake for him melted my heart. The banter and chemistry were evenly matched by the confessions to only each other and the trust that they immediately felt.
If you haven't read Jasmine Grace's books, they need to be on your TBR for 2025! Revved Up & Ready comes out on January 16th and is a fun, flirty fake dating rom-com that you will not be disappointed you read.
Tropes:
Fake Dating
Roommates to Lovers
Tattooed Motorcycle Racer MMC
Rebuilding Her Life After a Breakup FMC
Found Family
He Falls First
Forced Proximity
No 3rd Act Breakup
Thank you, Jasmine Grace, for the ARC Copy!
